Last week’s video brought up some good questions about why to keep your RMM and some discussion as well. How many of you are really using your RMM tool to its potential when it comes to automation? What about analyzing monitoring to make proactive decisions about service and upgrades in your clients’ environments? Is the risk worth the efficiencies and standardization these tools provide. I personally think so if you use them to their fullest and that includes hardening them and utilizing them for resistance against cyber threats.
